Installation Instructions - IncrediMail

1. You will receive an email from E-Stationery Depot with your E-Stationery file attached. Right click on the attachment name and select Save As. Save the file to your Desktop or another location on your hard drive.
   
   We will show you how to set-up your E-Stationery as a Signature. This will provide you with the most flexibility in using your primary E-Stationery, switching between E-Stationery templates if you have more than one, or choosing to write a text only message.
   
   
   
2. From the main IncrediMail window, click New Mail.
   
   
   
   
   
3. In the Style Box (to the left of the compose message window), click on No Background.
   
   
   
   
   
4. Click on the down arrow to the right of Signature, then click on New Signature...
   
   
   
   
   
5. You are now in the Edit Signature window.
   
   
   
   
   
6. Now open the E-Stationery File you saved to your computer in Step 1. Click on Edit then Select All. Click on Edit again then Copy.
   
   
   
   
   
7. Now in IncrediMail's Edit Signature window, right click in the area marked with the red box below and select Paste. Click Save. Type in a name for your new Signature. Click OK.
   
   
   
   
   
8. Click on the down arrow to the right of Signature, then click on Manage Signatures...
   
   
   
   
   
9. Select your new E-Stationery by clicking on it's name.
   
   Click on Set as Default.
   
   Click on Automatically insert signature to outgoing messages if you want your E-Stationery to automatically be used on every outgoing email. If your E-Stationery will only be used occasionally, then do not select this option.
   
   
   
   If you have chosen not to have your E-Stationery automatically be inserted for each email it is simple to insert. Just click Signature to use your Default Signature or click on the down arrow to select a different signature than your default signature.
   
   
   
10. Now your E-Stationery is installed and ready to use! Simply compose a new message (inserting your signature if it is not automatic) and you will see your E-Stationery appear for you to type your message into the body of the email.
    
    
    
11. SPECIAL NOTES
    
    
    1. The graphics on your E-Stationery may at times look like they do not fit in boxes correctly or there is added space in different parts of the template. This is an IncrediMail issue and it DOES correct itself when emailed. Test your E-Stationery and mail a message to yourself to make sure it works properly. If you have any trouble please contact us for technical support.
       
    2. If you do not want to use your E-Stationery for a particular message simply click your mouse above the E-Stationery and then press your delete key on your keyboard until your E-Stationery disappears.
       
    3. E-Stationery will view perfectly in mail services such as Yahoo and Hotmail, however, since those services do not support E-Stationery it is likely that when they forward or reply to your email it could distort the graphics.
       
    4. If you have multiple E-Stationery templates and wish to switch to a different one, just erase the one in your window (see 11.b above), then click Signature to use your Default Signature or click on the down arrow to select a different signature than your default signature.
